GWN provides free online word game tools, puzzle games, dictionaries, educational content, and related services across our network of 40+ websites. Some features require a paid membership.

- Use our word finder tools for competitive cheating in ways that violate the rules of the platforms you play on

4. Membership & Subscriptions
- Paid memberships provide ad-free access and premium features
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
- We reserve the right to modify membership pricing with 30 days notice
- Member accounts are for individual use only
5. Intellectual Property
- GWN website designs, code, and original content are copyrighted
- Word lists and dictionaries are sourced from public domain and licensed sources
- Game mechanics are our original designs (legally distinct from trademarked games)
- User-generated content (chat messages, game plays) grants us a license to display and store it
6. Advertising
Our free services are supported by advertising. By using our sites, you acknowledge that:
- Ads will be displayed alongside content
- Third-party ad networks may use cookies for personalization
- We do not endorse products or services shown in third-party ads
- Members on paid plans enjoy ad-free experiences
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or accuracy of word lists and definitions. Word game results should not be used as definitive linguistic references.
8. Limitation of Liability
A2zNews.com, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or $0 for free users).
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may stop using our services at any time. Paid memberships may be cancelled through the membership portal.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madison County, Alabama.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced on our sites.
